Email
We accept orders via email. Simply email info@beautifly.com.au to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.

Orders can be made via fax or mail. Simply print the order form, and include payment details (we accept credit card, cheque and money order)

Out of Stock Items
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this prior to processing your order. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Beautifly accepts the following methods of online payments:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

We do accept Cheque and Australia Post Money Order. If you elect to pay for your order via any one of these methods, payment must be received within seven (7) days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the items to stock.
Goods paid for by cheque or money order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. This may take up to 4 working days in some cases.
We also accept direct deposit into our account. Please enquire with info@beautifly.com.au.

Delivery
Postage and Handling fee is dependant on your location, and size & quantity of item/s purchased. This fee will be displayed in the "Check Out" screen prior to making payment and confirming the order.

All goods are shipped via Fastway courier services unless otherwise arranged. We will notify you of the courier Label Number, allowing you to track your delivery on the Fastway website.

Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery a card will be left in your mailbox. You will have the following options to collect your goods.

Phone the courier driver and arrange to:


1. Make another delivery time.
2. Pick up parcel at nearest depot.
3. Sign "Authority to Leave Goods" on the back of card and arrange delivery.

Delivery of goods will take between five and ten working days subject to stock availability. The time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to. In the event of any unforeseen delay in the delivery of your goods, we will advise you immediately.

We can not deliver to PO Box’s. Please provide a street address for all deliveries.
