
Faulty/Damaged Products
Our entire nursery collections are quality checked when they leave our manufacturer. We take that extra bit of care and inspect each individual item before it is packed and dispatched to you. In the event one of our products is faulty or damaged, please contact us within the next business day of receiving your order.
You can contact our office between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri (EST) and customer service will advise how to return the item/s to us for inspection. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement until we have seen the product and determined the reason for the fault/damage. Once it has been established that the product is in fact faulty/damaged we can issue either a credit or send a replacement. Refunds will be credited to you in the original method of payment used less shipping charges.
Items must be returned to Beautifly with all tags, labels and in original undamaged packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. We will not accept any return goods unless these conditions are met. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Returns
The majority of our customers are delighted with their purchase. If you are seriously unhappy with your choice, we can arrange a return as long as you pay for the return freight and are aware that we can only refund the original amount minus the shipping. We require the items to be returned in original condition and packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Cancel Order
To cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately on (03) 9570 2328 or via email at info@beautifly.com.au. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
